An amalgamated designer apartment in Sydney’s eastern suburbs that was home to the late hotelier Paul Irvin and his wife Verna is soon to hit the eastern suburbs trophy market, with a price guide of $19 million plus.

The Darling Point abode is being sold as part of the family estate by the late couple’s son and executor Joe Irvin, who is one of the Irvins’ seven children and CEO of Irvin Hotels Group. Paul Irvin passed away in 2019 aged 91, while Verna died in 2022.
