An under-construction penthouse in Sydney’s blue-chip lower north shore suburb of Kirribilli is aiming to smash the national per square metre record, with a $65 million tag and a front-row view of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
The penthouse crowns the luxury apartment project called Waruda. Launching on Thursday, Waruda will add seven full-floor apartments to Sydney’s high-end real estate market.
