Billionaire James Packer’s former so-called “Minister for Fun”, Matthew “Ched” Csidei, could these days be more aptly titled Lord of the Manor, given his penchant for historic Southern Highlands mansions.

Mr Packer’s Cranbrook chum and former close confidant has picked up yet another landmark estate, a few months after selling his 1890s heritage-listed Burradoo estate Anglewood for $14.5 million.
