The properties: A six-bedroom 1930s family home on 1,872 square metres at 65 Hopetoun Road, Toorak, VIC. Sold by expressions of interest for $10.5 million. Also, a four-bedroom 1930s house on 820 sq m at 67 Hopetoun Road. Sold for $5 million.
