Holiday home rentals ‘not to blame’ for sky-high UK house prices

Holiday home rentals are not to blame for inflating house prices or reducing housing supply in Britain, a report has found.
EY said there was “little to no relationship” between the growth of holiday rentals and the housing crisis, which has led to average property prices pushing £290,000 ($567,000).
