Fortis scores approval for $300m Richmond project

Sydney-based property developer Fortis has won approval to build two mixed-use projects worth about $300 million in the Melbourne city-fringe suburb Richmond.

The developments span two sites at 8 Brighton Street and the adjoining 5 Wiltshire Street and collectively occupy 15 lots. The combined sites are among the biggest parcels to be consolidated in the city fringe.
