Rod Pearse, the former chief executive of construction materials giant Boral, and his wife, Merryn, have listed their sprawling harbourside estate on Sydney’s lower north shore with price expectations above $25 million.

If the guide is achieved, the property would reset the Kurraba Point record that stands at the $19.5 million paid by Yang Yan-Qun and Lu Qi-Wei to former Woolworths boss Bill Wavish and his wife, Vonnie, for their Baden Road trophy home in 2020.
