Former Boral chief’s $25m waterfront mansion to smash suburb record
Rod Pearse, the former chief executive of construction materials giant Boral, and his wife, Merryn, have listed their sprawling harbourside estate on Sydney’s lower north shore with price expectations above $25 million.
If the guide is achieved, the property would reset the Kurraba Point record that stands at the $19.5 million paid by Yang Yan-Qun and Lu Qi-Wei to former Woolworths boss Bill Wavish and his wife, Vonnie, for their Baden Road trophy home in 2020.
