One of Australia’s most idyllic and well-known rural escapes, Cloud Valley, is about to join the luxury acreage market guiding $25 million to $30 million, about two decades after it was sold by its famed owner and broadcast legend John Laws and his late wife Caroline.

Located behind grand gates at the end of a meandering road in the NSW Central Coast hinterland’s Yarramalong Valley, the 131-hectare retreat is currently owned by Jackie Hughes and her husband, businessman Tim - the former chairman of late media mogul Reg Grundy’s RG Capital.
