COVID fear factor starts to clear for property investors
By the time Anna Porter got off the phone with her fourth client rejecting the property she had painstakingly researched and secured, she knew her business was in trouble.
"I was sitting in my home office making call after call to clients about this property that I negotiated at a great price, and everyone was just declining it because they [were] afraid," says the founder and principal of property advisory Suburbanite.
