The buyer of Bondi’s record-setting $24 million penthouse has been revealed as Multiplex heir Andrew Roberts, after title deeds lodged in December show the keys to the Notts Avenue apartment now belong to the construction industry blue-blood.
The sale has reset both the famous beachside suburb’s apartment record and Australia’s residential per square metre price, raising it to over $126,000.
