Industry super fund developer Cbus Property has sold 30 per cent of the third stage of its upmarket residential project at Randwick, in Sydney’s inner east since launching it last month, winning interest from home buyers looking for more spacious accommodation.
The developer has sold 46 off-the-plan apartments of the Young & Fennelly development, which is part of its broader Newmarket Randwick masterplan.
