Accommodation provider Aspen Group lifted its underlying operating earnings by 55 per cent over the 2020 first half to $3.66 million as revenue rose at all but one of its facilities.
Acquisitions in Sydney and Perth enlarged the portfolio by 25 per cent to $160 million, with Aspen operating in the residential, retirement and short-stay sectors.
