RXR Realty LLC, the real estate company run by investor Scott Rechler, is buying a 49 percent stake in New York’s 340 Madison Avenue office tower.

RXR Realty LLC, the real estate company run by investor Scott Rechler , is buying a 49 per cent stake in New York’s 340 Madison Avenue office tower.

Mr Rechler is best known in Australia as the chairman and chief executive of the locally listed RNY Property Trust .
