Developer Paul Little has won the battle to take over Real Estate Corp , declaring on Wednesday his company, Little Group, has secured 85 per cent of the owner of real estate agent RUN, and its $60.7 million offer to be unconditional. Little Group cleared the hurdle after critics of the 37¢ a share deal, including 9 per cent shareholder Geoff Wilson and 2.5 per cent holder Sandon Capital , decided to end their opposition.
