Investors in the unlisted New Enterprise Property Syndicate managed by Viento Group have voted to extend the vehicle’s term until June 2012. Viento executive chairman Robert Nichevich said more than 40 per cent of unit holders voted, with 89 per cent in favour, in a vote which reflected ‘’the strategic initiatives and proactive management’’ of the syndicate assets by Viento. The group has $275 million of unlisted property fund assets under management.Ben Wilmot
