The former City Ford site in Sydney's Woolloomooloo has been placed on the market with expectations of more than $100 million.
The Art Deco influenced 75 Crown Street was originally built for Hastings Deering in 1938, later becoming a six-storey showroom and headquarters for City Ford before being sold to private developers Corim East Sydney for $16 million in 2011.
