In a market spooked by cooling pressures, apartment builders Chinese-backed Longton Property Group and Chiwayland Australia are unperturbed.
Poised to launch the third and last stage of their joint-venture, 220-apartment project, The Uptown in Sydney's north shore suburb of Roseville, the two companies are confident of their product.
