The development of Lendlease's landmark $1.5 billion commercial tower is heating up, with star-studded global and local architects in contention for the design and new institutional backers coming on board.
The architects, who come from Australia, to the United States and Europe, were being briefed by the City of Sydney Council on Wednesday and will present in December for the design competition.
