Property giant Lendlease has gained approval to build the third and final office tower, a $500 million building, at its Melbourne Quarter project in Docklands.
To be known as Two Melbourne Quarter, the 25-storey office tower will comprise 49,000 square metres - room enough for 4,500 workers - along with 800 sq m of retail space on the ground floor.
