Industria REIT is taking advantage of the Queensland sunshine to lower its power bills, installing 1 megawatt of solar panels across six business park buildings in Brisbane.
The landlord, which is part of the APN Property stable of funds, currently takes energy wholesale from the grid before selling it down to its tenants in the Brisbane Technology Park buildings.
