Industria REIT is set to book in a 15 per cent gain on its commercial property portfolio due to strengthening rental income and tightening capitalisation rates.
The revaluation announcement comes as the boutique listed fund prepares to release its annual results and just a month after a much larger player, Growthpoint Properties Australia, made a surprise raid on its register.
