Growthpoint is likely to raise capital, make a full takeover bid and delist industrial and office property landlord Industria REIT, according to analysts at Macquarie.
Following Growthpoint's $68.1 million purchase of an 18.2 per cent stake in Industria, which owns a $552 million portfolio of commercial property, Macquarie's Darren Leung suggested that Growthpoint would seek to raise equity for a full takeover.
