Greg Paramor-led Folkestone has promised to recommence dividends in 2016, five years after the property veteran took over the listed fund manager with a bold plan for recovery.

Investors in the $155 million company will see their faithfulness vindicated with a fully franked dividend of at least 0.5¢ per share.
