Gowing Bros, the company best known for its retail outlets, is breaking into the residential property market through a joint-venture development with St Hilliers.

Together, the consortium has mapped out a Surry Hills site in Sydney for construction of a $55 million, 120-unit project which will also include a small amount of retail space.
