Medical property owner Generation Healthcare REIT has expanded its portfolio, with a $29 million investment in the Epping Medical Centre in Melbourne's north.
It is the first major transaction to be announced by the locally listed Generation since Toronto-listed NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT bought out its management rights in June.
