Folkestone will launch a new fund next year with a $22.5 million raising for a hotel it is jointly developing in Sydney's Green Square urban regeneration zone.
The Sydney-based fund manager headed by Greg Paramor is developing the 142-room hotel in a 50-50 joint venture with accommodation provider Furnished Property.
