Accommodation provider Eureka has bought three retirement villages from not-for-profit operator Blue Care in a $6 million deal.
The three facilities are the 20-unit Townsville Christine Court village, the Southport Pioneer Place village on the Gold Coast with 35 units and, in Brisbane, the Margate Maiala Place village with 44 units.
