The sale of Sydney's The Mill complex, which includes the popular Grounds of Alexandria cafe, has attracted strong interest, with DEXUS Property Group tipped as the lead contender for the $100 million site.

The prominent property in South Sydney was put up for sale by Goldman Sachs in July and other groups understood to have expressed interest include JPMorgan Asset Management and City Freeholds.
