Gold Coast-based Citie Centre Limited has joined the throng of Queensland developers pushing into the Sydney market, paying $6.9 million for a site in Hornsby.

The 2,450 sq m parcel was bought from a company associated with Sydney property identity Mr George Drivas and is earmarked for a $50 million, mixed-use complex development.
