The drawn-out battle for control of the $220 million Asia Pacific Data Centres is nearing its end-game with the appointment of agents by its board to sell its three-asset portfolio.

The property trust is under the effective control of its majority shareholder 360 Capital, led by Tony Pitt, after it launched a takeover bid.
