The Asia Pacific Data Centre property trust has taken its sole tenant, NextDC, to court, frustrated by an alleged failure to gain access to the hi-tech facilities for prospective buyers.
The legal bid, to be heard in the NSW Supreme Court, is the latest instalment in the long-running and now very bitter battle over the three-asset portfolio.
