A mystery foreign buyer has walked away from $280 million deal to acquire the three-asset portfolio of the Asia Pacific Data Centre property trust.
The property trust is under the effective control of its majority shareholder 360 Capital, led by Tony Pitt, after a drawn-out takeover battle with the facilities' sole tenant, NextDC.
