Homegrown logistics giant Goodman Group has taken a big step closer to its target of $50 billion of assets under management, with the acquisition of two of the largest industrial estates in the Los Angeles market.
Fully developed, the estates could be worth as much as $700 million and total 127 acres (51 hectares) combined.
