US private equity firm lists $250m farming portfolio

US-based private equity firm Proterra Investment Partners is hoping to ring up another big payday from its Australian agricultural investments after listing a broadacre farming portfolio that it hopes to sell for more than $250 million.
The One Tree Agriculture portfolio is an amalgamation of 21 properties straddling the NSW-Queensland border.
