Sunsuper buys into Mirvac’s South Eveleigh vision

Superannuation giant Sunsuper has bought into Mirvac’s landmark heritage conversion of the Locomotive Workshop in South Eveleigh, paying $231 million for 49 per cent of the mixed-use site.
It’s part of the Australian Technology Park precinct on the edge of Redfern and encompasses 31,000 square metres of office and retail space.
