An investment in solar panels has delivered a 15 per cent return on costs for APN Funds Management's Industria REIT.
The owner of $692 million of East Coast business parks and warehouses re-affirmed its full-year guidance as part of its interim results briefing and disclosed that 43 per cent of the energy used in its Brisbane Technology Park was now being generated by solar energy.
