A Singapore-based hotel trust has sold the Novotel Brisbane for $67.9 million to Thai investors, citing "near-term challenges" created by the COVID-19 pandemic as a key reason for its divestment.
The 4½-star hotel at 200 Creek Street in the Brisbane CBD was offloaded by the CDL Hospitality Trust, which had owned it since 2010.
