Singapore-listed luxury watch retailer The Hour Glass has bought the "Gucci Building" on Brisbane's trendy Edward Street for $32 million.

The building was offloaded by upmarket menswear retailer Mitchell Ogilvie (which has a shop at 168 Edward Street) on behalf of BAMPS Trust.
