Rich Listers the Roche family have put the pub within their $2 billion Calypso Bay waterfront housing estate and marina on the Gold Coast up for sale as they focus on investments closer to their NSW base.
Situated at Jacobs Well, about a 45-minute drive from Surfers Paradise, the Irish-themed Harrigan’s Calypso Bay is being sold for the first time since it was completed in 2007.
