Rich Listers join forces on $130m Phillip Island hotel plan

Billionaires Chris Morris and Sam Tarascio have joined forces on a proposal to develop a 160-room hotel on the site of the former Isle of Wight pub on Phillip Island.
The $130 million development featuring an upmarket restaurant, large-scale event space, a state-of-the-art wellness centre and a pool deck overlooking the ocean was lodged this week with the Bass Coast Shire Council.
