Rich Lister Tarascios to divest Dulux HQ as Docklands project emerges

Salta Properties, the property development and investment arm of  Financial Review Rich Listers the Tarasacio family, has put the Melbourne headquarters of Dulux up for sale with price expectations around $25 million.

The sale of the 6000-square-metre corporate office comes as Salta, chaired by patriach Sam Tarascio and led by his son Sam jnr, looks to deploy capital into its various property development projects, including a major build-to-rent and hotel development at Docklands and numerous residential, office, retail and industrial projects.
