The Rich Lister Tarascio family have decided to divest a Melbourne CBD office block complete with planning approval for a 52-storey building as they turn their focus to developing the city's largest intermodal terminal.

The Tarascio-owned Salta Properties swooped on the 13-storey tower at 63 Exhibition Street in the city's east end in 2014 before preparing an ambitious proposal for a 64-level high-rise apartment and hotel tower.
