Centuria Office REIT is buoyed by the increase in return to workplace mandates which, its fund manager Belinda Cheung says, will in turn support its $1.9 billion portfolio of office blocks.

One of the first of the ASX-listed real estate investment trusts to report in the current earnings season, the Centuria-run fund is also the country’s largest property trust that focuses its portfolio exclusively on office buildings.
