REITs rip for investors on certain income and solid yield
The Australian Real Estate Investment Trusts shone in a tough year for investors, with the sector delivering a total 12-month return of over 22 per cent.
For five years, as interest rates have surprised on the downside, the A-REITs, with an annual compound return of 17 per cent, have surprised on the upside.
