Redcape Hotel Group boss Dan Brady said he was confident the $1 billion pub group could start making money again when its venues reopen next week, following an easing of COVID-19 restrictions in NSW.

"We're delighted to be able to open like this," Mr Brady told The Australian Financial Review.
