Pub sector on track to beat record year of $1.3b deals

The value of national pub sales is expected to top $1.3 billion this financial year, setting a record and highlighting how strongly the sector has bounced back since its forced shutdown last year due to the pandemic.
Figures compiled by pub brokers HTL Property show $1.25 billion of pubs have changed hands this financial year to date.
