QIC’s real estate arm has offloaded its Robina Home + Life homemaker centre on the Gold Coast for $66 million, after selling it to ASX-listed fund manager Primewest.
The 14,782 square metre mall in the QIC-owned Robina Town Centre is one of the few large-format retail centres on the market. QIC is also selling its Watergardens Homeplace retail centre in Melbourne’s north-west.
