Pokies, bottleshop sales, JobKeeper drive record earnings at Redcape

Pub owner and operator Redcape Hotel Group will retain a $4,5 million JobKeeper payment despite reporting record earnings for the six months to December and reinstating its full-year distribution guidance.

The Moelis Australia-backed owner of more than $1 billion of pubs, hotels and bottles shops, including Minsky’s and the Willoughby Hotel on Sydney’s north shore, reported interim distributable earnings of $32.9 million, 24.6 per cent up on the prior half year, and operating earnings (EBITDA) of $40.9 million, up 5.7 per cent.
