Perth office vacancies tipped to reach 24 per cent

Perth's office market is tipped to record a vacancy rate as high as 24 per cent next year, as increasing stock collides with a subdued, post-boom economy.
The western city was the only state capital to record an increase in vacancy rates, says the Property Council of Australia's 2015 office report, after Perth registered the highest supply rate and lowest demand rate.
