ASX-listed software company Objective Corporation has secured a lease at Tower 4 of the World Trade Centre on 18-38 Siddeley Street, Melbourne for five years from developer Asset One. Objective, which was in serviced offices for years, has taken up the lease because of business growth. The lease is for a level 11, 220 sq m office with an annual gross rent of $460 a square metre. Tower 4 is a fully refurbished building, with showers, bike and locker facilities for tenants and is close to restaurants and amenities. Colliers International’s Vincent Tran brokered the deal.
